Great lift Great lift, you better have some help putting it together. Very heavy and awkward. The instructions are not very good, but there is a great YouTube video and the tech from the service department will answer any questions. Took me 2 days to put together. Apex 10 The lift I purchased was the first of that model that Mechanic Outlet had sold (due to height restrictions of my space)- I think they did quite well. The lift was inoperable for first couple of weeks after install, due to manufacturing/mechanical error and wrong repair part being sent by manufacturer and not them, but they assisted me and stayed in constant contact with me to ensure my lift was working and I was satisfied. A+
