Mitch, the owner explained the entire procedure and the Lead Technician, Kevin, kept me informed of their progress, almost daily, as well as documenting with photos the transmission repair. Another plus, the total cost was lower than the estimate. No one wants to pay for or service a transmission repair, ... but if it has to be done, the people at Cottman of Beaverton Transmission are who you want doing the work.

Better quality, fair pricing, no hassle at Cottman Beaverton I am a new customer at Cottman Beaverton. The staff was friendly and listened to the odd symptoms my 2007 mazda3 had. They found a failed engine mount, which had been replaced only 10 months before by a different shop. They determined it was not a Mazda factory part, and replaced it with a genuine Mazda part (the original mount lasted 12 years) and the price of the part was less than the failed aftermarket part! Cottman will be getting my auto repair business going forward. PS I went back to the other shop and got a refund for the failed engine mount.
