I was in for routine service items and they realized that My vehicle was dangerous over due for a timing belt and that only Honda has the particular tools to perform this type of work. Both Nick and Mike provided me with top… Both Nick and Mike provided me with top notch service, both on the car and their customer service. My transmission was replaced on my 2008 Mercury Milan at a very fair price and when my Speedometer sensor went bad 1 month after the transmission I was not charged for anything to get it replaced. I do most of the work on my cars some things I wont touch because number one I don't have all the tools need for a job such as rebuilding my automatic transmission. My 2004 Explorer 4 x 4 had 265,000 miles and it was the original Transmission. It was always serviced and in clean condition when it broke down. I checked pricing rebuilds and new from Ford/ motor craft. And buying a new transmission direct. One competitor never returned my request for a quote. Cough cough Danco. Mike at Cottman is honest and true to his words. I had my Explorer towed to Cottman's in Eastgate and like he said the Job was completed in 3 days. His price was right in line. The guys who worked on my car are real professional's. They did a great job everything is working smooth and great. No messy greasy hand prints all over the car inside outside and even under the car plus the drain pain is supper Clean. Everyone at Cottman's Did a great job.
