The manager was Excellent, The manager was Excellent, Most managers even if they are not busy do not leave the desk. This manager took the time to diagnosis my problem by asking very good questions. And then left his desk and made the repair himself . I would highly recommend this transmission shop.

Ordered wrong transmission Ordered wrong transmission. Didn't actually look to see if they were ordering the right one. Add 3 days wait time. Right transmission came in and was installed, started slipping first day, 2 days later gave out on highway and truck overheated. $3200 for a bad week. Transmission still isn't fixed because of the holiday. Lost thousands because this truck was out of commission. Need some compensation for down time because of their incompetence!
