The BPD components (Bullet Proof Engine Oil Cooler Full Upgrade and Bullet Proof Billet Water Pump) have performed flawlessly. The BPD components have performed flawlessly and given me a great deal more confidence in my truck whether I'm towing or not.

Bad Communications, failed performance and loss of a repeat customer’s shop The sales team was 5-stars. The shipping team was extremely problematic. We have ordered in the past with minor issues. This most recent event was adversarial. It was a $3000+ Order that was returned by BulletProof. If I was an owner, I would terminate those involved. If the owner endorsed such activity, then itnis best to buy elsewhere. We repaired the last unit from our regular vendors to complete the project. He understood and was happy with the reduced parts cost. We would deter future clients from purchasing here and only use when a client demands such. There are too many spots locally and online to buy $3000 parts orders. DieselTech RON would not approve!!!
