Four Post Lift Purchase The lift provided by Bend Pak was a quality piece of equipment. The installers who arrived were familiar with the lift and carefully put it together. The only problem I had was that they left in such a hurry that I could have used some quick instruction on it's operation. I found and read the manual as well as called bend Pak for some advice. Overall I am verty happy with my purchase.

Excellent Response and Quick Delivery I was shopping for a 2-post lift, and had decided that Bendpak was the best available. Bendpak put me in touch with Garage Automotive Equipment and, particularly, Alfredo Contreras. Alfredo responded to my inquiry promptly and answered my questions regarding the product and delivery. I was surprised by how quickly I received the lift after placing my order. I will definitely be looking to Garage Automotive Equipment for some other items that I want in my shop.

A most unpleasant experience To be fair, it was not really your fault. You are however, the face of the manufacturors you represent. Therefore, you have to accept the backlash. The delays were too long. The product itself is a good design, but lacks the sturdiness in my opinion (corners were cut). In this day and age, I guess this is the new " business as usual."

Bendpak Car Lift Alfredo was awesome. Very smooth transaction and when some parts were missing from the manufacturer, he made the right connections and resolved the problem. I needed help with delivery from the depot and installation. Alfredo connected me with two service companies for estimates, both were very professional and Alfredo synchronized the delivery with the one I selected from there. A+ Experience

Great Service Bought a Makita drill, 2 Ranger workbenches, and a solar battery charger. Website was easy to navigate. Had speedy and friendly customer service. Delivery on time as well. Would do business with them again.
