I hasten to note that this review I write only truly positive mood, because life story associated with the company Limosсanner certainly poloitelno impact on my life. About a week ago I went to my sister for a wedding in Moscow, on arrival at the hotel I found out about the upcoming ceremony, and everything seemed perfect except for the fact that nebylo car, which would have had to carry the bride to walk on the evening city. Immediately after finding out this important detail I began to look for a decent company, hours were spent searching for, as it turned out not in vain, because my eyes appeared the above-named company. The next day I ordered a Rolls Royce (lemuzin) and proved to be glad because at the appointed place at the appointed time and saw the car. The wedding was excellent.

Will not use again! I recently reviewed them on TripAdvisor. They didn't like the review and contacted me by text message which is against Tripadvisor policy. They asked me to remove the negative review since they had refunded me. At the time I wrote the review they had only PARTIALLY refunded me. After I revised and posted the second review, suddenly Tripadvisor sends me an email saying: "We noticed that your review appears to contain an allegation of fraud. Please be aware we do not post comments containing reports of fraud. I have no doubt Limoscanner called T.A. and that is why the second review was removed. “Wah, she's accusing us of fraud....” No I did not. I am saying I don’t feel they are competent or truthful. Why didn't they respond on T.A. to me like any other business does on T.A? I should never have revised it as they didn’t care about me when they left me hanging for the full refund. My original review says: "They contact you. Tell you they understand what you need, but when the quote comes in it's wrong and you just paid for it. I managed to get a partial refund after many emails. All reviews on their site are bogus. DO NOT USE. " The second review: "For clarity, I booked a roundtrip airport transfer. I emailed saying the prices looked too low, please make sure the limo's know this is a roundtrip. He assured me yes. A good price came in. I booked. it. Then I get an email apologizing saying the price was for one way only, limo company didn't know it was roundtrip. It was too expensive. I asked for a refund. It took a long time. Many emails. I don't know if the person I spoke to had a boss but he put the responsibility on the boss. They only partially refunded me. Then after my 3rd email, I WAS TOLD PAYPAL CHARGES A FEE. I said no they do not. They did NOT respond back to me after that. I emailed twice with no answer about the remainder of my refund. I HAD TO DISPUTE $30 WITH PAYPAL TO GET THE REMAINDER OF MY MONEY BACK. I don't know if they are a scam. I do think the reviews are all from friends. I don't advise using them." I won't be bullied into not describing my bad experience with them.

Limoscanner is a great service and I recommend for everyone who like a business movement around the city. More comfortable service I never received and seen.
