Being a host for Turo Being a host for Turo, I can say it’s a lot more easier being the guest. Turo prices are competitive and you know what you are getting when you are renting a car on the platform and not something similar. The verbiage other car rental places use.

GREAT HOST! Loved the easy communication and fast responses with host. Even though we had an issue during the trip(NOT vehicle related), which made me late to return van, the host was understanding and friendly.

Not an again. Pick up and drop off procedures were more convoluted than I have ever experienced. I may have been more receptive if it was a Vette or Lamborghini , but an Eco boost Mustang?? Just an unnecessary pain in the ass. My solution will be to use other vendors that I have used previously devoid of jumping through all the hoops.

Always Great The car and communication was excellent. I appreciate all the little things Jonathan paid attention to and provided for us in the car (phone holder, chargers and cables, umbrella, etc). I do wish that Turo and DFW were still inin contract, having to pay $50 to and from the garage and airport in Uber was rough.

Quick and easy Quick and easy. The inline messaging service and notifications are invaluable. As well as the ability to modify your trip. I am a bit sad as I tried to leave my last host a stellar review / recommendation - but poor internet (in the back of an Uber) lost that forever and I have no means to reconcile that.
