We switched from ADP to Paylocity We switched from ADP to Paylocity - what a dream. This company knows what they are doing; their customer service is informed and prompt in replying. The software is VERY user friendly; the payroll tax returns are easy to find and download. If you are using ADP - I HIGHLY recommend switching to Paylocity; the conversion was so simple and this is just a great company.

Their word is meaningless!! I am anything but impressed by them. My company switched to them about 6 weeks ago from ADP. We are a freight Brokerage with several subsidiary trucking companies. I am number one driver and helped CEO build trucking side. I spoke with him today about problems. I have 4 paper checks from them nobody outside Chase Bank will cash which screams a problem! On top majority of drivers and office personnel have still not received there current deposits as of Saturday the 14th. My recommendation to him.. "Switch back to ADP before lose so many employees for non payment of wages it bankrupts us!! They've already admitted its their fault and promised would be fixed today yet done nothing! Obviously nobody can or should run a business that way, their word is absolutely meaningless!!!

I pulled up my Google account to add a… I pulled up my Google account to add a password. I had warning to change my password for Paylocity because it said there had been a security breach and my information had been found on the dark web. I reached out to my company and never received a reply. All I want to know is if this is true and do I have anything to worry about.

This company is an unmitigated… This company is an unmitigated disaster. Their answer to any and all problems is a token effort with no resolution and no follow-up. They must get a "to do" list, they check off the box as "completed" after doing nothing and then one doesn't hear fromt them again. I get bounced around from department to department, they might make a token call from an anonymous phone number but when I try returning their calsl I can never reach the person who called. The sales department made promises they cannot or will not fulfill and then throw you to the dreadful "support" wolves. Is there a good payroll company out there? I've been in business since 1998 and I've yet to find one. Surely it's not Paychex or ADP either.
