I just LOVE it... I am using iSmartRecruit for the last 6 Years. It's a great experience and very user-friendly. Also having many unique features like SMS & Calling from the system, Document Signature, Onboarding Process, Chat option with the internal team, Job Posting on multiple job portals and many more. I love the support from the team, Very helpful, team which is the key point to join with iSmartRecruit.

I applied for a job on LinkedIn I applied for a job on LinkedIn, the apply button from LinkedIn took me to ismartrecruit website and I followed the application steps. The next thing I received an email saying: I needed to sign up for websites and complete company surveys, although the job description had nothing of such. They said they have partnered with a survey company. I did not click on the links I received in the email as it seemed to be a scam. I will be reporting this for fraud as they now have my CV.

LinkedIn listing took me to a site… LinkedIn listing took me to a site powered by ismartrecruit, and it's interesting they don't do anything to vet likely scams. For example, they don't seem to have any requirements or limitations for "company site" link targets or the "apply" link targets, either, which is very dangerous. There's no requirements for application process, either, so a listing doesn't even have to require any data completion. Every time I've landed on a listing powered by ismartrecruit, it's a fake listing linked to dataminers. The only conclusion I can draw from this is that their entire business model is based around fake listings, as they seem to be a favourite for scammers or datamining operations fronted as "survey opportunities."
