CAI have technical issue with my virtual… I have technical issue with my virtual interview, six hours waiting after sending the ticket nobody reply, decided to call them on toll-free number, nobody picked the phone, decided to call Quebec number with French and it was invalid number.

GBAbsolutely no customer service Absolutely no customer service. I spent three days reaching out for assistance on missing requirements for an interview and received nothing. Now it’s the due date, and a weekend, and I’ve likely missed out on the opportunity to continue the process. That is frustrating and absolutely unnecessary.
