Thank you! MGM transported our wedding guests safely from their hotel to our remote wedding venue! The driver even stayed to help shuttle guests to different locations during our event. Wonderful Experience Both times using them was a great experience. Smooth transitions from each starting and ending points. On pick up at SFO there was a bit of confusion but our driver Debbie kept in contact with me until we connected. Will definitely recommend them to others. If the opportunity arises we will use them again.

Extremely Accommodating and Courteous I called to request a mini-bus the day before we needed it as our previous arrangements fell through and MGM came through and sent a pristine shuttle for us on the date and time we needed it! This was for a scene in a video production and our driver was very accommodating as we asked him to circle the block as we captured the video. He made every effort to work with our requests and was great to work with!

The driver was great, but no Bluetooth. The driver was great, we really appreciate him, he was very patient and understanding. But for the price I paid for the freightliner party bus I expected a little bit of an upgraded sound system. There's no Bluetooth connection to the deck and our music constantly kept cutting off throughout the party due to the AUX cord feature malfunctioning, we even bought a new cord and it still cut off time and time again. I was going to rebook for NYE, but if there's no Bluetooth connection I may have to reconsider, everyone was dissatisfied about that so we ended up getting off an hour early. Other than that everything was good. Thank you for your services.
