CHHuge mistake in car category - worst customer service It all seemed to be working well until I get to the car hiring company and I get a car sized half of what I had booked. After a lot of investigation I even get from the local company the document they got from CarTrawler. It is clear: the car category I paid for is NOT the one CarTrawler instructed the local company. So not only I finish losing my time and my family's when getting the car (after more than 13h flying) but when I complain to CarTrawler they basically do not give any answer to the 4 documents proving their mistake. Basically compare online a Jeep Patriot and a VW T-cross and you will see if there is a difference.

SKIf one of the coYou have to be careful which specific company you choose when choosing through CarTrawlermpanies (in my case… If one of the companies (in my case MEX) offers a vehicle in a certain category or something similar to it, then it should be available in the ordered category, I ordered and paid for the car a long time in advance and therefore I would expect equipment close to 100% satisfaction. This is not about the CarTrawler company, but about the company for which it mediated the car rental, i.e. MEX
