Convenient, saved me some headache Great service! Was looking for some fast and convenient and got just what I wanted. The last thing I wanted to do was pay someone to come take my old Accord. Having just got a new car, I wasn’t ready to dump even more into the old bucket o bolts. But I was recommended this service through a family member, and the whole process was super quick and easy! They offered me a good amount for the car, despite its rough shape. The tow truck driver was really nice and straight to business. I greatly appreciate this service! I’m very satisfied!

Sold my trusty 1977 Mercedes 300D with… Sold my trusty 1977 Mercedes 300D with over 620,000 miles after driving it for 40 years. This was Barbie's car which I bought from Ken Handler. Barbie and Ken Handler were executives of Mattel. Their mother was the inventor of the Barbie doll. The engine was found to have a broken piston and had been removed from the vehicle. Unfortunately, the bid was for only $10.00 due to the missing engine. Tires and battery were almost new. The body and upholstery was in good shape but needed a paint job. Hope it is still on the road!

It was good. The process was good. Everything was going great until we ran into a bit of a problem with picking up the vehicle at a specific location and on a specific date. Customer service wasn't very pleasant; however, the truck driver was very nice and made the transaction stress-free.

I was disappointed I was disappointed. I will say, it was an easy process. However, I feel the person who picked up my car low-balled me at the last minute. I answered all the questions about my car online. I had a 19 year old Envoy, 145k miles with rust. They quoted $545, which seemed reasonable to me. The company was good about follow thru scheduling a pick up. The guy came, and the ONLY thing he did was look to see if the original exhaust was on the vehicle. After 19 years, would ANYONE really expect the original exhaust? Of course it didn't have the original exhaust! Because of that the guy said he would only give $400 for the car. If this was a legitimate concern, it should have been an initial question, so the quote could have been accurate! As is, Peddle just sent me a receipt stating I received $545!! NOT SO!! VERY disappointed with the sale.

They worked with me The first call I made generated an immediate offer but I ran into a snag because the car was in a different location from where I live, and there was no Saturday service available. After I cancelled the offer, I got a call back. After providing more information about the car, and finding out that they could do an unattended pick-up, a better offer was made which I accepted. There were further negotiations with the local contractor which Peddle facilitated. They did everything possible to help make the deal go through as painlessly as possible. It all worked out.
