Great Customer Service I recently purchased a radiator from them and on receipt it was not the part manufacturer I was told I was getting and expecting in my original enquiry/order. I contacted them straight away and they immediately apologised and arranged for the correct manufacturer part to be sent by express post which I received very quickly. They supplied a return con note so I could easily return the originally supplied incorrect item back to them with no hassles. I haven't fitted the part yet so as it stands I am very happy with the customer service given and I would use them again. I only gave 4 stars due to the supply of the wrong item in the first place.

i ordered a fender liner and it was a… i ordered a fender liner and it was a perfect fit. Delivery was quick but i didnt realise that i had not put my unit no..so it went back to carparts2u. They were quick to resend it after i corrected the address and didnt charge me for the redelivery.

Car part delivery times are a joke Car parts were supposed to be delivered from Sydney to Melbourne on the 18th of March. It's the 25th now and only 1 part of my order arrived on the 22nd. The other 3 are still outstanding. Their delivery service through TFM is beyond a joke. Carparts2U are telling me to chase them myself but they're not responding. How is delivery supposed to be my problem? Carpart2u can't blame this on their 3rd party delivery people.

Purchased new headlight for Lexus… Purchased new HID headlight for 2010 Lexus RX450h. Price was fantastic. Delivery was excellent - right to my door in Melbourne. Feedback from the seller leading up to purchase was excellent. One small flaw on the inner part of the headlight lens which escaped QC and even I didn't notice until after the headlight was professionally fitted is all that stops me giving 5 stars. Highly recommend the seller. 4 stars from me.
