GBI recently purchased a pair of headlights for Acura MDX 2005 I recently purchased a pair of headlights for my Acura MDX from Sealight-let.com. My experience with the customer service is excellent. I accidently ordered a wrong part and reached out to Lucas, one of their customer services representatives. He immediately responded to my request and provided me the new replacement the next day. The product is great, and I am happy with the order.

GBSealight sux. Ordered four lights, received 2. Left several voice mails, no response. Finally get through, agent said she would submit my info to her boss for review, over 2 weeks and no results. They never answer the phone, they never return the calls. I installed the 2 lights and one of them quit in 30 seconds. Still no response from the company. I don't understand how they got any positive reviews unless they wrote them for themselves. Caveat emptor has never been appropriate for me.
