Excellent Service Hi all. First I would like to express my thanks for express delivery and excellent service form Rovers North. I have a 2002 DII Westminster and the serpentine belt went due a bad idler. The throttle body deicer gasket set also needed to be replaced. The sales team helped make sure I had the right parts and shipped quickly so I could have my DII back on the road ( It is my daily drive BTW, and has less than 100k) Since the fix I now have to replace both hoses to the throttle body as someone had replaced with incorrect hoses and after the initial repair one started leaking). Again Rovers North delivered!! Thanks again for your excellent service Andy (ex pat Brit living in Upstate NY and now with my 6th Land Rover! )

Friendly, Knowledgeable Advice with Very Competitive Prices on Genuine Land Rover Parts I've been a Rovers North customer since they opened their doors in 1979. In the midst of restoring the 1974 Series III, I purchased new I've found prices very competitive if not less expensive than other suppliers and in many instances lee than generic parts from NAPA and other. Beyond the most convenient source of Genuine Land Rover classic and current production parts, Rovers North is staffed by very, very helpful sales advisors.

Disappointing experience Waited a very long time to receive order. If I was repairing a customers vehicle depending on this order I would probably loose them as a customer. Besides that, one of the channels for the quarter glass for the rear doors broke when installing, the spot welds gave way and I had to apoxy the tab back on. I was impressed with the good price on rear tail lamp, but was going to order other side and the price went up $30. Overall wasn’t pleased with my 1st experience.

Window Regulator 1997 RR Very helpful to listen to my issue of RH side window stuck open. Worked through some troubleshooting to determine if the problem was window motor, regulator or switch. Very patient and knowledgeable. With door panel removed and the guts exposed determined it was a switch problem. Saved me a lot of money and work. Thank You.
