Amazing after purchase support I normally don’t leave reviews, but this company went above and beyond to help me with my coilovers . I bought a set of coilovers from them last month and took it to a local shop to get them installed. Once installed I was not too happy with the looks, so I reached out to Kami to see how I could fix the issue as the shop wouldn’t adjust them without a fee. Instead of brushing me off, Brian over at Kami, assisted me with the adjustments and we were able to get it to the height I wanted. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and I’m glad I bought my suspension from them. They will be my go to store from here on out as after help is extremely important to me, specially on the DIY stuff.

No response after more than a week EDIT: I finally heard back from them and they explained the situation. According to them, they are understaffed and have started using a new inventory system. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. They profusely apologized and were eager to do what they could to make me happy. I would consider doing business with them in the future. Ordered a set of wheels on March 27th then sent them an email on the 29th. My order has yet to be processed and they've yet to respond to either one of my two emails. I'll be pursuing a charge back with my bank to get my money refunded.

Honest down to earth review on pricing. Wonderful product, terrible pricing. Product on the site is at $398 plus shipping while in other sites it hovers around 100 dollars less. Fast shipping though. Thats why I'll give it a rating of 3 stars.
