Superior Product and Customer Service In addition to an excellent product, the customer service is over the top. I ordered the special purchase through Robby Layton's sponsored site. My package arrived timely but Fed Ex was rough on the handling and one bottle spilled half the contents. With no hassle whatsoever, AvalonKing sent an immediate replacement. Great product and great service.

I think it's great stuff I've read some bad reviews of this company, but I've had nothing but good experiences. I've purchased three bottles over the years. I even called for support once and thought they were great. Super easy to apply once your surface is prepped. My applications protected for about 1 1/2 years.

AvalonKing is definitely my preferred… AvalonKing is definitely my preferred ceramic coating. I have used all of there products with zero issues. The Sadistic Suds is the best out there, absolutely no water spots. I highly recommend!!!

After a year in the weather Like any product, follow the prep instructions. That said the product has held up well for a year. I do feel however it is starting to lose some hydrophobic quality. My car never sees a garage and even though it gets a lot of care I think the weather is winning a bit here. I will however, continue to use it since compared to other coatings it is holding its own.

Very disappointing considering the hype Hi, i had gotten the ceramic coating applied just 1 year ago and the coating has already failed leading to swirl marks, ceramic coating was installed by a professional detailer that has applied many other coatings to cars in the past and referred to your documentation. The car would have only be washed using pH neutral car shampoo that would have been ceramic safe. This is very disappointing and will never be using your product again as cost quite a bit for paint correction that I now need to pay for twice.
