Xhorse Mini Key Tool I had an issue with my Xhorse mini key tool. I called Key4 and Jesus took care of the issue by getting the security code I needed to activate the mini key tool. Saved me from having to return the tool since I was able to activate it.

Would not accept return after it was discovered that the part number suggested by their listing for the remote would not work for the vehicle, Your response is incorrect sir I got no correspondence from you or your team on vin verification furthermore the only email message I received was shipping and and order information. Yes as a business I keep my correspondence records also.

There quick to take your money, slow to give it back I'm too busy to be micro-managing something I paid for and sent back for a refund. They were quick to take my money but were slow to give it back. That is very bad customer service and I will not be doing business with this company in the future. This company is very bad at communicating about this situation, along with not answering phone calls or returning calls. Very bad at responding to emails. They got their product back in the same shape it was sent out to me, and now they are holding my money hostage. Now I have to get PayPal to take care of this and communicate with them get my money back.
