Great company I see the majority of the surveys for route runners are positive. That mirrors my involvement in them. Bought a vehicle that required a great deal of work. Felt really awkward making a 9-hour venture" with a vehicle I wasn't happy with, so I tracked down Route Runners. Correspondence was awesome. Cost was my idea of "fair". There were less expensive choices, yet additionally more costly choices. route runners was the ideal decision without a doubt.

Unresponsive This has been a totally stressful experience. I booked a service, and when I heard nothing after 2 days, I called. I was told that my rep had a family emergency and the other rep would get back to me that night or the next day. A week after I placed my order, still no communication. I called and had the same message--tonight or tomorrow. Nothing. I contacted Road Runner instead and was confirmed in 5 minutes.
