Auto Lenders...typical used car sales There was minor front end damage to the car. We should have walked away however they promised to make the repairs as they were cosmetic. They replaced the grill however declined to replace the front bumper cover. I expected more...to be treated fairly. Turns out the photo's they posted of the car showed the front end to be intact with no damage...looks like they damaged the car while it was in their possession... I'm getting estimates and will pay for the repair myself and seek reimbursement through small claims court... Cars break and I understand peoples frustration however this was avoidable and they could have made it right. I would under no circumstances recommend Auto Lenders to anyone.

Look no further! You've found the best! Miles and Russ are professional, courteous, honest and all around great guys! Kristen in service appointments as well was professional, courteous and kind. Even after they sold me the vehicle they are helping me figure out something. In every other dealership, once you drive away that's it you're done, not with Auto Lenders! They really do care and it's so rare in that business. Thank you to everyone who is helping me out and who helped me out. On a side note, everyone that I know said they are so glad I bought from auto lenders because they truly are the best!

AS GOOD AN EXPERIENCE AS YOU CAN GET BUYING A CAR Rob Grady was my salesman and i thought he did a great job. He knew his stuff and was very personable. Very down to earth guy and funny. All the staff i encountered was cool and helpful.
