GBVery good overall with one flaw Great range, ease of use, reliability and functionality. Only complaint is durability of remote. The plastic at the bottom breaks too easily meaning you can no longer keep it on your keychain, which obviously isn’t ideal. Please reinforce with metal or make the bottom clip part more durable.

GBI've purchased two remote starts for… I've purchased two remote starts for two vehicles. This device works as expected. It has a great range, which is most important for my wife. We like the confirmation feature letting you know that the vehicle started. My only complaint is that my 2014 Honda Accord does not have a secure takeover so the engine shuts off when the door is opened. All things considered this is a very minor issue and won't prevent me from using this product brand in the future.

GBT13 Pro not what I expected I bought the T13 Pro thinking that the features that were advertised, (Proximity lock, Drive lock & Auto lock) in addition to the remote start & alarm would be included and work. None of the features work other than the remote start & alarm, which could have been purchased as a different bundle at a much lower price. Compustar says the additional features only work with “compatible” vehicles. I have a newer model 5th Gen 4Runner, which from what I now understand is not compatible. I basically paid a lot of extra money just for the LCD remote.

CA2018 Audi Q7 Great product. Works seamlessly with my Q7, antenna is barley visible from inside the vehicle, the factory fob was programmed to start with 3x press of the lock button and also came with two way fobs with excellent range. Couldn’t ask for more out of a remote starter system.

GBIts alright Its alright. It randomly goes off at times on its own without anyone or anything near it and thats very annoying especially late at night when we're sleeping. Then the trips log doesnt even give you an address as it did from the start. It would just say "unable to resolve address" and I have contacted support and the dealer where installation was done. They still couldn't do anything so its like I'm wasting my money for all that to not work properly.
