Cumbersome sign off and badly organized Did go through the full procedure of renting a limo the day before the pickup. Procedure requires to take pics of driving license and cards via an online signup which is a bit of a pain. More frustrating is the fact that all was scheduled properly when the pickup did not happen - wanted to surprise friends at the airport when the limo did not show up at agreed (and 2 hours prior confirmed) time. Called and driver showed up 15min later (operator claimed that there was traffic) - I was asking the driver which told me that he was just informed a few min after my original appointment. Friends had to wait at the airport and all was for nothing .... No follow up / no comment. First and last time for sure

great experience! We had booked a 25 pax limo for a friend's birthday. The company called a few hours beforehand and said the limo was out of service. But, instead of cancelling the reservation, they offered an upgrade to the 35 pax party bus! They even threw in a free bottle of champagne for the "inconvenience". Our driver David was great and helped make it a memorable experience.

Perfect experience! Everything about this experience was fantastic. The women in the office were great about helping us book and even were able to accommodate our request for the pole to be removed (we had 6 and 7 year old girls on board). They were very flexible and able to change our time request 5 days before our day when an unexpected change in schedule came up on our part. The driver was on time and gave us suggestions on what the girls would love to see. He allowed them to be loud, excited little girls and gave them an experience to remember.

Love love they service This second time using earth limo first driver was Sammy we had 2 hours he made it nice on outing didn't realize we went hour over and didn't mind paying the extra fee. Second time I've requested Sammy again but I guess wasn't available so they sent another driver Emaul he was awesome also. It was a great experience and I will always keep them in mind when I go to Vegas I'm a very happy customer.

mixed feelings Despite my telling dispatcher that we needed a large vehicle to handle 8 people with 12pcs of luggage we never got a limo large enough to make ride comfortable. The drivers were pleasant and service prompt but the ride was torture crammed into limo's with luggage on seats as well as laps. Should offer larger vehicles to handle big groups traveling together.
