Great experience with Empire! I had to take my car in to Audi to have engine mounts replaced that were found to be failing during a routine service. They were covered under extended warranty I purchased, minus deductible, sales tax, and diagnostics. The process went smoothly and the Empire team was easy to work with.

I purchased this plan over 3 years ago… I purchased this plan over 3 years ago and I never had to use the service until this week. All I had to do was drop my car off to the dealer I gave them my warranty card and that’s it. I received a call literally 2 hours I dropped my car off and I was notified that it was approved by empire. That following day I picked my vehicle up from the service department. Exceptional service!!

Disheartening Experience with EMPIRE AUTO PROTECT My encounter with EMPIRE AUTO PROTECT has been nothing short of A NIGHTMARE!! It feels like they're simply enjoying the show between myself and their claim company DEALER LOYALTY PROTECT having sold me what turned out to be a FAKE warranty through one of their salespersons. The lack of transparency and authenticity in their dealings is disconcerting.
