Poor Customer Service Where do I start? I processed a warranty claim in April 2023 and was told that they would send me a new amp and 4 speakers. February 2024 and I have still not recieved a shipment from them even after recieving emails saying it has been shipped. I like the st900 system and it rocks I just wish their customer service was half as good as the product.

RESOLVED My last review was less than positive, but it had nothing to do with the actual system! It was all just a huge misunderstanding and Jessica/ Office Manager was wonderful at helping me resolve it..... The system it's self was great, but it did not work for my bike. I like to wear the super patted helmets and I have super loud Samson fishtails. I will say I could hear the system very clearly bar hopping but not on the highway. The sound on the system was veryyyy clear as well. :)
