Great van rental service! We rented a 12 passenger van for a 3-week long roadtrip out West and had a great experience. There were 2 small, preexisting windshield chips that I didn't notice when picking up the van but called to report while driving the vehicle home. They were understanding and had me take pictures to submit for our protection. When our window was broken into while on the trip, they were very supportive and helpful in getting us the support we needed to get it fixed at a reasonable cost. We specifically worked with Joji and he provided the best customer service! My kids are already asking to take the same trip next year or go out East. We would definitely use Chicago Van Rentals again!
