If you have questions never be afraid to reach out and call, Lot of places don't do calls emails only, which sometimes it takes 10 to 15 emails to figure out a question because you might have to explain it in different ways. Call they pick up and will get it settled quicker.

GBI ordered an item from the web page… I ordered an item from the web page that apparently wasn't available for sale. It was suggested I order this other item that was significantly more expensive. I did and found it came from Quadratech, a company I already have an account with and use regularly. It took at least three tries for the webpage to accept my purchase. How many webpage tries does it take for a customer to give up on you?

CAdidn’t fit right lights didn’t completely fit right and ended up being an extra bulb after i had everything plugged in (2003 Pontiac Grand Am). was made specifically for my car but had to take it to the mechanics and get them to install it as it needed to be reworked and that’s out of my skill set. was hoping to be able to put them on myself but that resulted in a huge extra cost.

GBI had an issue at checkout and… I had an issue at checkout and abandoned my order. I received an email shortly after asking if I needed help to finish the order. I said my issue and asked if they could help.They wrote back sending me a link to finish my order without the issue. I received the order quickly and shipping was reasonable.
