NO REFUND AFTER 34 DAYS WAIT I returned cargo floor mat as it did not fit my car although OEDRO catalog said it would fit. Their policy says that credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. Item documented as Returned via FedEx on 2/5/2024; they received it on 2/15/2024. It is now 3/19/2024 and my credit card does not show credit to my account. Calling EDRO is virtually impossible; after 15 calls I asked the agent to check. Was told item was received and is under consideration for refund. Thirty-four days waiting for refund that has not come is unreasonable. DO NOT ORDER FROM OEDRO!

2 weeks and label created All I have to say is it's been 2 weeks and they have created a shipping label. Haven't shipped yet and they say my running boards will be here in a week. So December 13th to January 4 hopefully. Oedro direct through Amazon with prime 2 day shipping.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. They lie about order not being processed and delaying the shipping. They advertise on their website free FedEx 3 to 5 days. You would have to add 5 extra days of bullcrap from customer service about not receiving the order

2019 CRV floor mats...Dissapointed I brought a set of floor liners for my daughters 2019 CRV. All the mats except the passenger front mat fit well. The passenger side does not fit on the outer side it folds inward so any dirt ETC.. falls in between onto the carpet. We have contacted them numerous times and they keep telling me to wait. it has been 6 months now and I cannot seem to get a response. I DON'T believe that they stand behind their products an I am Reluctant to recommend them to anyone else.

Ford 1500 floor mats I bought this floor mats for my Ford 1500. I received the package 2 days before it’s scheduled delivery date which was awesome. I installed it the next day. The floor mats look fantastic on my car.
