Speedy tire advertised a price of $160… Speedy tire advertised a price of $160 per tire for a 245 45 R21 goodyear product. When received the tires were 6yrs old, beyond end of life for any tire on the planet. Buyer beware!!!! And they refused to refund the amount so I could replace the tires with something of value that werent may pops as a brand new product.

Received 4 years old tires Purchased 4 tires. After 10 days from receiving it, I noticed that its 4 years old from the date it was manufactured. I contacted them by phone/emailed at least 3 times and no one got back to me. Very poor customer service and bad way miss leading customers! Be aware of what you get!!! How Old Should New Tires Be When You Buy Them? A tire shouldn't be older than 18-months when you purchase it. Most tires are under a year old when the tire shop gets them. That's important because the rubber starts to break down as soon as they roll off the manufacturer's assembly line.

We ordered 4 tires for our Kawasaki… We ordered 4 tires for our Kawasaki side by side— they shipped out the next day. 2 tires were received the following day, 1 the next day but the 4th tire never arrived. We had plans and didn’t have time to wait around for the shipper, FedEx, to find what they lost so we ordered another one and it arrived in 2 days. Very pleasant experience with Speedytire.com we were fast and responsive, can’t blame them for FedEx mistake…

Gotta rename the company if FedEx is the shipper Placed an order on Monday, October 26. Was told it would arrive in southern Chester County, Pennsylvania on October 29. Made an appointment at my local shop for October 30. Today is October 30 and the tires are in Arizona. Here's a breakdown of how "speedy" it's been: 10/26 @ 8:08 pm - Shipped from Slidell, Louisiana via FedEx 10/26 @ 9:58 pm - Arrived in Los Angeles, CA No movement for 28 hours 10/28 @ 2:03 am - Shipped to Rialto, CA, 55 miles away No movement for 29 hours 10/29 @ 9:17 am - Shipped to Colton, CA, 6 miles away No movement for 12 hours 10/29 @ 9:25 pm - Shipped to Phoenix, AZ 10/30 @ 11:28 am - Shipped to Panhandle, TX FedEx discovers that PA is on the EAST coast 10/30 @ 11:30 pm - Made it to Waynesville, MO Denouement: The third shipping update that FedEx sent me claimed that they were going to be delivered on Nov.2. Then I suddenly received a message from FedEx saying that the tires would be delivered by the end of the day — and that was Sunday — which is a big problem because the tire service shop that I had them shipped to is closed on Sundays. 2) So I started to make what eventually turned into almost two and a half hours worth of phone calls to FedEx to try to redirect the shipment to my house, which is about 5 miles away. After fighting through countless online obstacles designed to block effective communication and dealing with a number of feckless “virtual assistants,” I at length managed to have two conversations with separate FedEx reps who assured me that they had indeed taken care of the matter. One even went so far as to assure me that even if the driver went to the auto shop, he would never just leave the tires at a closed business. 3) Thirty minutes after that last conversation, I got an email saying the tires had been delivered. 4) So then the search began — first, we looked all around our house . . . then we went to all our neighbors . . . then we drove over to the auto shop and searched all around there — NO tires! That’s when I emailed Speedy and gave 'em the bad news.

Horrible company Horrible company, would never recommend them to anyone and actually tell someone to go elsewhere. Ordered 6 tires as advertised on the website and entered credit card info. Got an email receipt and another email confirming the order with tracking numbers. Next day, get a wonderful email telling me they are cancelling my order as they can't fulfill it at the agreed upon and paid for price. First I was told they were out of stock. Told them they were now listed on their website at a higher price. They didn't care and told me they were cancelling my order and refunding my money. When asked about the same tire at the higher price, they said I could create a new order for them at the higher price. The lady on the phone then admitted they don't actually have inventory, the are simply a reseller that has the tires drop shipped from someone else when you order. Horrible company with even worse customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.
