My personal opinion of Yota shop is… My personal opinion of Yota shop is amazing Iv had no issues. They have what I need and they ship fast communication is excellent! Thank you Yota shop for supplying me with the parts to keep my rig on the road! I'm not a very wealthy person, But that's one thing I value about Yota shop for Genuine OEM toyota parts they are at affordable prices. Very disappointing, will never order or recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing, really wish I had read the reviews prior to placing my order. It's a repeating theme. They must run this as a side business out of a garage or something. Sent an email requesting an update several days after ordering and Michael replied it would be shipping out that day, days later, still waiting for the tracking number. To make things even worse, I paid extra for faster shipping. I suspect they have very little, to no inventory, and order from their suppliers when you place your order. Should have ordered elsewhere and I would have my 4Runner up and running by now.

I've been calling and calling no answer… I've been calling and calling no answer throws u to a voice mail telling u there not there and can not answer and it hangs up on u. I'm very disappointed I had to order my parts else where I will not ver call here AGAIN..!!!

Not as advertised...bad shipping as well Not only did I receive a head gasket that didn't match the photo pictured (and was of a much lesser quality), it was mailed in two bubble mailers taped together. The middle of the gasket was unprotected and a bend was detectable. Never got a gasket that wasn't in a cardboard box. Returning this at my own expense for their false advertising and poor shipping. Setting me back $ and several days time.
