Better than i expected. Initially, I didn't trust the company due to its slightly dodgy website. However, after buying two rare door lock assemblies for my 2003 Volvo v40, I am very pleased with this company. The website does need improvement, the tracking link on the website doesn't work but I was relieved when I realized that the tracking link on the confirmation email sent to me worked. The items were packed well and they arrived quite quickly (they even came with thank-you papers). I'm writing this review due to the low rating this company has on this website, I do trust this company and definitely will use it in the future.

Do not go anywhere near these people Do not go anywhere near these people, I ordered the part in good faith and it is a week and they still have not got it to me. All they say is "be patient", this looks very much like a scam. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back as they refuse a refund even though the part is STILL IN THEIR COUNTRY and they refuse to recall it from the carrier. I pity them if they have to be like this for a few Euros

Overall a very good service Originally ordered a Saab 900 part from them, part not available and my payment promptly returned. Re-ordered similar part which yes, took a bit of time to arrive in Scotland but it was worth the wait, a good original used part, well packaged and with fully tracked postage. I'd happily use these guys again.
