Waiting long for a part that never came. I bought the part and paid immediately, considering their indication shipping is within 1-2 days to Europe. I waited for almost a week with the status of pending, request for several times the tracking number, and they reply to be patient. I was surprised that after waiting so long, they reply and refund informing me that the part was broken.

Overall a very good service Originally ordered a Saab 900 part from them, part not available and my payment promptly returned. Re-ordered similar part which yes, took a bit of time to arrive in Scotland but it was worth the wait, a good original used part, well packaged and with fully tracked postage. I'd happily use these guys again.

Do not go anywhere near these people Do not go anywhere near these people, I ordered the part in good faith and it is a week and they still have not got it to me. All they say is "be patient", this looks very much like a scam. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back as they refuse a refund even though the part is STILL IN THEIR COUNTRY and they refuse to recall it from the carrier. I pity them if they have to be like this for a few Euros
