After my experience with GOGO Charters … After my experience with GOGO Charters I would absolutely recommend them over any other charter company, at least all the ones that I've experienced. Their rates are incredibly reasonable and they even have "last minute prices", an idea that I love. I'll definitely have try to take advantage of that offer for next time. Everyone at the company was easy to work with and made me feel at ease - didn't confuse me with a lot of red tape either. Our group had a great time. Thanks a lot!!!

Disappointed Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in this company. They were quick to give us a quote but when you need assistance no one seems to be interested in contacting you. We booked an event and the driver was an hour late in showing up. We were not given any reason other than 'he got a late start'. Todate no one has followed up with us regarding this, even though we were told someone from customer service would be in touch. Very disappointing for us as the organizer and for the 40 plus students who paid for the trip and were left waiting for the bus.

MY FAVORITE VENDOR We were really in a bind and our typical vendor unfortunately went out of business during Covid. Gogo was able to save the day and provided really reliable service to us. I have a new favorite vendor now.

Gogo does not belive in risks with COVID We booked a charter on very short notice to transport volleyball teams from Oregon to Idaho. Within 48 hours, we had a break out of COVID, so were not allowed to travel. Gogo would not refund our money at all. We were refunded by the hotels and the tournament, but only Gogo refused to refund. They had not even assigned drivers, because we had no names for the rooms we were buying for the drivers - so I have no idea what their loss truly was. Very disappointing service, and I would not recommend

They had 4 hours notice but didn't tell us until an hour after our planned pickup. What an absolute disaster they caused.
