GBRequested quote for 4 hour shuttle in… Requested quote for 4 hour shuttle in June and booked last week. The reservation was for September. Today company calls to say they have a 6 hour minimum during that time and will not honor the original contract, they are almost booked for that time so I better make the change quickly. I have never had a contract altered after signing. If I made a mistake on the contract I would honor it. "Customer Service" representative says that contract not valid and they haven't charged yet so they can change however they want. Unbelievably poor service.

GBPoor experience After submitting my contract I was told that my “reservation” was given away. I sent an email explaining my displeasure with their service and they respond by threatening to put me on a transportation blacklist. Seems a bit extreme over an email explaining displeasure in service.
