Dr. David Mennicke
GBDave Dave, our driver, was wonderful--hard-working, helpful, kind, personable--really a treat and bonus to have as our driver. The bus was quite comfortable, but there were a few operating glitches (electronics, I think): 1. the Wi-Fi connection mostly did not work. 2. the speedometer stopped working, 3. one day we had to wait 15-20 minutes while rebooting the electronics to get the bus started, 4. the last day the automatic lift for the bus from kneeling position did not operate). Some bugs still to get worked out in this bus and its computer connections. We will be back with Northfield Lines, though, as I'm confident you'll figure it out.

GBOur driver was 25 minutes late picking… Our driver was 25 minutes late picking us up to take us to the church for our wedding. It made us late & rushed. Our driver also did not know where he was going- I did give all the information to the lady who set me up with the bus. We had to have someone sit up with him & direct.

GBThe Driver that took us on the trip was… The Driver that took us on the trip was outstanding.. She was very attentive to the kids and was very polite to the staff that was on board.. The driver that picked up group at the school did not help load the luggage underneath the bay at all.

GBHad some issues Had some issues. We had trouble contacting our representative at Northfield Lines after we booked our transportation services and had to reach out to someone else at the company after a few weeks of unresponsiveness. Overall we were happy with the contracting process, and working with Northfield Lines prior to the day of the event, however. On the day of our event, one of the three bus drivers had the heat on instead of the AC for the entire 25 minute drive, making it very uncomfortable for our passengers, even after they repeatedly asked for the AC to be turned on. Additionally, one of the bus drivers picking up our guests after the event was late, making several guests wait and arrive late to the next event. We understand that this bus driver also backed into a tree or bush on the property after not following driving directions/signage onsite.

GBCalling them greedy is one thing...but Calling them greedy is one thing, but charging one way tickets from $15 to $35 while being well over 30 minutes late..suck. :] unreliable office number where they don't answer the call, no way to contact or stay updated on the delay. Not great at all. Some call it BAD Update: I'm not saying $15 is bad, but silently increasing the price by $20 is unreasonable. Of course you have to compare it to Uber, but a coach bus holds more people in comparison to an uber, so net gain is still much higher for each trip for your company.
