Oredered a custom carbon fiber steering… Ordered a custom carbon fiber steering wheel on July 7, 2023 and received it 8/18/23. Upon installation there was no instructions. watched a youtube video on a install for dodge charger. red wire to 12v in clockspring, black to screw in steering wheel. Obd harness red to 12v accesory in fuse box and black to ground. simple wiring. plugged module in to obd harness started car steering wheel lights up but never wirelessly connects to steering wheel to display rpms and so forth. I tried wiring direct to battery and other ways still never worked had over 33 emails with Vicrez from 8/21-9/22 and issue never was resolved. Paulina and Nicole claimed they did all they can do. They said it should be professionally installed. a kid can wire this. They never offered to replace the module or led part in steering. they dont believe anything is defective. i sent photos and videos of everything they requested but no resolution. they stopped emailing me after 9/22. Dont recommend this place to anyone.

370z Nismo front bumper for 350z I purchased the 370z Nismo front bumper for the 350z during a sale event. I went to install it a couple months later and the bumper shattered like Cheap ABS plastic. I sent them a picture and explained what happened but they were utterly useless. They advertise durable products and you get trash. They advertise polyurethane but you will get ABS plastic. They will respond to you fairly quick when you contact them, but won’t do anything helpful to assist in the situation. They will just keep apologizing such as Diana Garcia did for several exchanged messages.

Defective Product and unable to return Company shipped me the wrong spoiler. Bought a ducktail spoiler for my 350z that had some pretty good reviews so I felt confident with the item. When I received it the curves did not line up at all. I brought it to 3 different auto body shops all of which refused to install because none wanted to be held liable if something happened. Company is saying I am unable to refund it so now I’m stuck with a spoiler that did not resemble any of the pictures online.

I can’t think of a company that has gone more out of their way than Vicrez to ensure that their customer is satisfied. I’ve placed three orders for my Challenger, and the product quality seems top notch to me. I’ve only gotten to install one of those three products so far, but the appearance is fantastic.

I purchased the rear diffuser for a 2018 dodge Challenger about a year ago and it is beautiful. It was easy to install, it arrived perfectly, the instructions were easy to follow, and Vicrez customer service is hands down one of the best I worked with.
