Scammers Scammers. Didn’t realize I was not paying on the DMV site. Went over to the DMV site to pay again less than 2 mins later. requested to cancel the order, they refused. $30 for service fees $20 for shipping costs. Extra $10 for kicks and giggles, huge scammers and I hope they go bankrupt. Most likely won’t happen since called the DMV and they are “business partners”.

Not the Actual DMV website This website tricks you into believing it is the DMV because it shows up as the first choice when you type in 'DMV California'. No one needs or wants to get charged extra for something free. I have already called my credit card company and will be submitting a dispute. Need to call the place on Monday to tell them I got trick into believing they are the DMV.

These guys are heroes Okay these guys are heroes, hands down. I was 8 months late on paying for my registration (I'm actually usually better about this stuff, but...corona), and I am about to go on a trip. Definitely needed my tags.They got them to me next day. Seriously, thanks guys!

There are no instructions saying that… No Instructions for Email AND Shipping Method. There are no instructions saying that you have to select another shipping method other than email. I tried paying and had to talk to the support team to figure it out. I would think you would email me a copy I can print, and since I gave you my address, you would send me the tags. Very confusing at check-out.

expensive but time is money. why the f is the service 79 dollars for printing one sheet of paper edit: my fault. i apparently selected the wrong service. the service charge was 39 dollars. was refunded the difference. im still upset how it takes $60 total to print out and mail me ONE sheet of paper. it's either this or wait 4+ weeks for a local DMV appointment or the mailing option process. changed 1 star to 3. this works. got my paper the next business day. just costly.
