worst company ever they are associated… worst company ever they are associated with flagship one, first the ecu was suppose to be plug and play, not plug and play check engine light flashing no crank. I ordered from flagship one and had same issues.I ended up getting it programmed at a dealer where they told me that the programming was completely wrong. ended up spending $375.00 extra for programming and theft programming. DON'T BUY FROM HERE

They sold the wrong ecm Part for our 03… They sold the wrong ecm Part for our 03 GMC Sierra 1500 and they will not return emails or messages or refund our money. Buyers beware I would not recommend getting parts from here for your vehicles. My recommendation would be to deal with a local auto parts store where u live.

The computer they sent me made the… The computer they sent me made the problem worse. Called three times in past 2 days First Lady told me my “account manager would get in touch with me” and never did. Called the next day got a gentleman on the phone and said that they were gonna send me a refund/repair form. I still haven’t gotten that email. Honestly disgusted with this company. If I could give you no stars I would.

Product arrived July 16th Product arrived July 16th, everything worked with the unit installed. The only problem was that the order was made through Mintt and payment was through Flagship One inc. via paypal and the order was left hanging until a conversation in chat mode solved the issue. Thanks for the quick resolution and professional service. Thanks again, I find that American companies like yours make that extra effort.
