Not Happy I used this site some time ago and it was ok, but I recently needed a re order and ordered through this company. The package did not arrive, I spoke to the company several times regarding the whereabouts of my package and they kept telling me it was on its way. Another week later I spoke to them again and they informed me that it had been held at customs, and there was nothing they could do, they simply said I should just re order. A week later I recieved a letter from customs explaining They have destroyed the item and they are wanting to prosecute me over importing this product and I should expect a fine and imprisonment. As I am going to be using this strictly for the purposes of solvent cleaning for artwork, I am hoping I will have a Reasonable defence but regardless the whole thing is very stressful. I am very disappointed in this company, in their terms and conditions it states that ownership and responsibility of the goods does not transfer to me until it has been delivered, but Topcarcleaners have made no attempt to resend the items or come to any kind of agreement with me. I will update this as the issue progresses.
