GBEZ AUTO AUCTION ITS SCAM COMPANY This company is the worst I have been claiming for two years. money from a car that I buy "Buy it" the person named David who at that time was the "manager" attends me, pressures me to send the money by wire, when the money arrives I ask him to pick up the vehicle and he tells me that the car was sold. Then I take him asking for the money or to use the credit money. Well here I am two years later waiting for the money.

GBThese scoundrels are thieves. They are not trying to sell you vehicles but to take you from the agent to take up to 30% of your fees. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General. -

GBGood job Trying to find the right car is frustrating but when you work with someone that have the patience to help to find what you are looking for is easier. Tracy was the person helping me to fin the car she is the person to work with when trading to find a car at Ezautoaution. The website is easy to navigate, the prices are reasonable and the most important thing for me is that they are trustworthy.

GBEZ Auto Auction...Buyer Beware I have filed a complaint with the IT division of the FBI and following up with the state of Florida tax fraud authorities as EZ collected Florida sales tax and fees on my purchase of a 2005 Bentley Continental GT. The car was purchased and paid in full $22,415.43 it was never received and demand for refund was made by certified mail. To date, since 01/06/2020 no refund or car have been received. I worked wit a person identified as David Senior, General Sales Manager (A factious name for sure) who had excuse after excuse for the delay in receiving the automobile. The Las Vegas address is a mail forwarding location. My check was routed for payment to a JP Morgan Chase Bank account in Indianapolis, Indiana for payment and cleared 01/10/2020. To date I have not been contacted by EZ auto auctions or the FBI regarding my complaint. If YOU are considering doing business with EZ Auto Auctions DON'T This is a scam and they are guilty of committing wire fraud, Internet Fraud and sales tax fraud. Buyer Beware...fore warned is fore armed... do not get taken...Shut these people down and help prosecute those persons involved to the full extent of the law...FBI get off your butts and do your job for America's Consumers.
