These things don't like water crossings… These things don't like water crossings or deep mud and once they begin to peel from the edges they will not readhere even after removed and washed. They are probably OK for those of you that live in dry climates

Mek Magnets review The Mek Magnets look great, stick onto the vehicle extremely well (no issues whatsoever going road speeds or when they get wet), are thicker than what I originally thought they would be and have a tough outer coating providing great protection for the vehicle. We had some issues with the adhesive on a couple of the smaller panels turning black on the edges. Mek Magnet said that they had not seen that before and they replaced those for us at no charge. I have not had that issue with any of the other panels or with the replacements so I’m guessing that was just a fluke. I also learned that you can purchase separate panels if you damage one on the trails which is great however, these things are pretty tough so I doubt they would get damaged very often. The armor looks great, does its job well and the company backed the product when we had a very minor issue so if you’re thinking about getting some armor, I would recommend Mek Magnets.
