GBGreat return policy I had a problem with some improperly packaged engine components. I called them and they immediately apologized and asked me what the problem was. I told them the shipping padding had separated from the valves and they were bouncing around loose in the package. They said no problem and we will send you the return label and refund your money....Class act!.. Things will happen we have no control over...Terry

GBFRUSTRATING everything I ordered shipped out at different times. was never told that and my injectors were a week and half out was never told that at time of purchasing. all good stuff just had to wait on everything which is very frustrating and having to email to find out everything for myself instead of being told at the beginning what was going on with shipping and forgetting to ship stuff.

GBno return authorization for core … no return authorization for core return. just a way to charge $400.00 more for the product. even tried to get an extra $600 more for the core. here I sit short $400 and still have the core because they would respond to my email and there phone system wont except calls from cell phones.

GBOrdered a Crown left fender for my 94… Ordered a Crown left fender for my 94 YJ. When it came in Box was in pieces and it was a knock off of the fender. Part was warped from welding supports too high, sharp edges, looked like someone took a grinding wheel to it also it had pitted rust marks they primed over. I ordered a right fender from a real company and I painted and installed with no problems. The part was claimed to be new and you can't even find it any more on their website. He is giving me a hard time getting money back because he is putting claim in for shipping damage but how can you blame the poor quality of the item?

GBBad customer service I ordered a diablosport intune i2 programmer from KT performance for a 2007 GMC Sierra 5.3. I even left a comment in the description box with details on my truck.It was supposed to arrive on Thursday an extra day was added. Got it on Friday. Opened up the box and it was a Superchips programmer for a FORD!! Now I have been diligently trying to get my product or my money returned back to me. It is now Tuesday and still no product or resolution from this company after contacting them Friday morning letting them know they sent the wrong product and I was informed someone would contact me by end of day Friday, but nobody did. The guys at KT working on it seemed like they were trying to resolve the issue, but the supplier for KT Performance doesn't seem to care what they give you, nor do they pay attention to the comments on your order. Finally, after speaking to the guys at KT they got me a return label, but still don't have my product, and can't get it til I return the wrong product they sent. I have been totally honest in my review of this order and I will never place another order with KT Performance. I had to call KT performance on every occasion. I waited til 10a.m. one morning, lunch time another, and 3 pm another day before I called them, because they had not contacted me as I was told. That's why we were in contact everyday. By the way, I placed this order April 14th today being May 5th, 2020 and I still don't have my money after returning the product, but was sent an email confirming my refund yesterday.
