Product not received. Refund not received. I ordered a lift kit and never received it or a refund. All I received was automated emails.

“Cool Prius” -2 people a week I never thought I can make my Prius cool, but after finding this site in forums, I got a lift kit and thick springs to put on my Prius and it’s not got lifted so I don’t hit curbs or driveways anymore. And I got a hitch from him to hold my basket, spare tire and/or mountain bikes

Prius Overlanding Is A Scam! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Ordered over $1000 worth of parts that were "in stock" and after 4 months of waiting with nothing to show for it, and no response to calls, emails, etc. had to open a case with PayPal for a refund, which Prius Overlanding tried to fight which delayed it another 60 days so PayPal could investigate. Then they shipped 1 of the 3 parts which ended up not even fitting! Absolute nightmare! Do your homework and save yourself the headache of dealing with this company!

It's been 2 months and I still haven't… It's been 2 months and I still haven't received my order. I tried emailing no response. I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone.

I wish I could give 0 stars I wish I could give 0 stars. Long story short. This company truly is a scam. (He gets really mad when you use that word :) but it’s true. Otherwise there wouldn’t be so many negative reviews. He owes me and countless other people money. Empty promises at every turn. We have been promised money since January
