I wish I could give them 0 stars I wish I could give them 0 stars! By far the worst experience I've had buying things online. I spent over $400 on seat covers and floor mats that supposedly fit my Fiat 500L. The seat covers arrived ripped and do NOT fit at all. The backseat covers block the seatbelts and the front seats sag terribly. The floor mats are not mats, but liners. I have to buy floor mats IF I want to use these, which I don't. I won't pay $20 for what I paid $400. Do NOT waste your money on this product. Customer service says I can't return them if they're undamaged. They arrived damaged so that's out. After weeks of negotiation they think a 37% refund is acceptable for a product that I can use 0%.

SCAM - BEWARE Took forever to receive my seat covers, they were totally for a different vehicle, they refuse to pay to ship them back, replace or refund. SCAM-BEWARE

Another set of covers purchased from… Another set of covers purchased from usaseatcover.com Stunning goods that seem like they were manufactured with leather seats and fit well. I am so grateful to the personnel for their assistance; they provide excellent customer service. When I change my car again, I would most definitely get another set from this company, which I heartily suggest.

Custome sedign seat cover available We ordered a set of seat covers before christmas and were able to choose what colour stitching we wanted and the colour of any inlays. We were told that they were very busy and would not receive them untill the new year which we were happy with. The car seat covers arrived and we are very pleased with the quality of the product, we were advised to watch a youtube video on how to fit them which was very insightful. The fitting was a bit tricky but nothing we couldnt work out. Ther seat covers are now fitted and look fantastic, you cant tell that they are not factory fitted at all. We would definatly recomend US SEAT COVER to family and friends or anyone else thinking of getting seat covers in the future.
