Unable to return wrong engine. The engine we ordered was a slightly different configuration than we needed. When we went to return it, they just put us on hold until we hung up (multiple times) and when they did finally answer, they said we were outside the 30-day return period. Nice game. Terrible business practices. DO NOT BUY!

Nice lights and great brightness Nice lights and great brightness. 2 complaints. 1. LED box is big and not glued or secured in light housing with connectors that were bent and not easy to just click in to exisisting connector. 2 had to cut my door panel so box would fit and sit properly in housing where it belongs.

I had an awful experience with your… I had an awful experience with your company. To start off with the company you used to ship my engine which cost over $1,400 by the way did not strap the engine down in the trailer. Also when the liftgate driver came the engine fell off of the liftgate damaging the engine further. Also your customer service is horrible. I asked for a refund, and haven't received it yet and it's been 7 days. If I don't receive it in two days, I'm reporting you to the BBB and contacting my lawyer for proceedings.

Ad says quick 3-4 day shipping and its NOT and customer service is LOUSY Ad says quick 3-4 day shipping, but NOT SO. Order got processed quickly, and a tracking number was sent, but a day after we were told it was to be delivered, not delivered. called customer service, and she was RUDE and lousy, argumentative, and apparently it hasnt left the terminal?? Then later in the day, they called back and said it will be delivered tomorrow? Guess we will see, but will never order from this company again, since we now have a pissed off customer!

A1 service This transaction was flawless from start to finish. The transmission I ordered was promptly shipped direct to the repair shop of my choice. Transmission is working great! I would definitely recommend them
