GBNobody cared to respond Dealer never responded to info request. You would think that Car Soup would vett their dealers better. If you say you will pass my interest in a car to a dealer, perhaps you should make sure dealers will respond. Anyone can contact a dealer directly. What did your site do to make my car search easier? Nothing. What was the point?

GBThe webpage is slow to load and … The webpage is slow to load and difficult to navigate on mobile devices. Ads "jump" the page while loading, so if you try to scroll, it will change what you're looking at and you may accidentally click on something you didn't see. The filter function requires you to apply each aspect individually so you have to wait for new results to fully load before you can apply another filter. For instance: If I wanted a 2009 Honda Fit within 50 miles, I would have to hit filter, make, Honda, and the page would take a minute to load, then filter, model, Fit, and the page would have to reload, then filter, year, 2009, and the page would have to reload, etc.... it's incredibly frustrating and time consuming, especially given the fact that load times are so slow due to all the ads on the page. Craig's List allows users to enter in all of their filters/search criteria at once, and is therefore much more user-friendly. Also, the GPS system you all use is awful. I live in Bloomington, MN and according to you, Ham Lake MN is only 10 miles away. Ham Lake, in reality, is over an hour's drive north east of the twin cities. And unfortunately for your users, there is nowhere to manually enter our location to fix the issue. This means that after spending nearly twenty minutes on a search that would've taken five minutes on Craig's List, I realized that my search was null and void because the location you have listed for me is so wildly incorrect. I'm searching for a new car because mine is no longer functioning. Getting to a used car dealership over an hour away without a car to use is impossible, and extremely disheartening.

GBI have VERY little time to go out and … I have VERY little time to go out and go car shopping, It's nice that there are websites to help with this, especially near a city with an abundance of cars. I will not consider a car unless there are pictures inside and out, leather, infotainment display, and just overall condition are all important things to me, I'm not going to even consider driving to a dealership to look at a car unless I can tell if its worth a look by looking at photo's. The main reason I absolutely can't stand carsoup.com is because they allow dealerships to post a "default photo" on any car they want to so when you check the "cars with photos" filter they will literally list hundreds of cars with a single stock photo and NONE of the features listed. There are a million reasons to want to see photo's of a used car, everyone knows this. But dealerships FLOOD the search results with posts that have no information in them whatsoever so you have no idea what youre looking at. If you check the "cars with photos" filter for more accurate search results, I think its only fair that you get the information you are looking for. I will most likely never be using this website again as I have no idea what i'm looking at when i click on a post with little to no information.

GBDisappointed Was interested in a car and emailed the seller but the seller never answered our email. Understand the need to be cautious on the internet, but it would be better if there was a phone number to call instead of waiting for an email back. Then the next day, I tried to get on carsoup but the internet site must have been down because i couldn't get on. Found a car on craigslist instead and am now driving it. Can't say I'd recommend carsoup.com to anyone I know.
