One-way rental was perfect Needed a one-way rental car from California to Montana, requested an SUV. SUV was there waiting, no problem with vehicle at all. At the Fresno Airport Enterprise location they said if reserving car with debit card only, must have a return flight but when I explained I'm not flying back, I'm driving, the manager fixed it so I could get the vehicle. As always, very polite and helpful.

I was promised a ride home after… Enterprise Rent-A-Car 875 S Coast Hwy Oceanside, CA 92054 4-24-2024 I was promised a ride home after… I was promised a ride home after returning the car. I was told no one was available. I was told to hire a cab or uber at my expense. I should have been offered a ride home at Enterprise expense. I am 70 years old. I have bad knees and a bad hip. My only option was to walk home. Ann, the counter girl, told me that was too bad. When I left she sarcastically said "have a nice day". I was infuriated at this and walked back into the store so I could tell her to F-OFF !!! I walked home in pain. The car was returned in 100% perfect condition. I am now afraid this girl Ann will take revenge on me and apply additional charges for spite. zero stars or negative stars are too good. After reading more reviews of this company I am surprised they are still in business.

Reserved for a full size car Reserved for a full size car, they gave me a Nissan Kick (very small). Passenger seat forward and reverse adjust broken. Uncomfortable ride for two of my passengers. Reported to Enterprise when returned the rental, all they said was we will take a look at it. Also, They Charged me an extra day because I couldn’t get the rental back during their business hours because they closed on Saturday @ 1:00 pm. I brought the rental back @ 5:20 and they told me to drop the keys through a drop slot at the door. I’m just glad we didn’t break down, whoever their mechanic is might need to brush up on their A.S.E. Certification skills, if they even have one. There was water topped off in the radiator reservoir instead of radiator fluid. It could have evaporated and caused overheating and water alone causes rust in the system. And another thing, the oil was over filled, overfilled oil can cause excessive oil pressure and cause your oil to leak.

Terrible service Terrible service, WE rented a car from one of their offices in Panama city beach. WE got the confirmation and the number was 1562203975.We showed up on the address mentioned in the reservation. Just to be informed that it was the wrong address - and that we should go to another address where our car would be ready. we then called another Uber and drove around 11 miles to the new location. when we arrived there we just were informed that they had no cars at all. we asked why they at least not have tried to call and they just answred that they were sorry but their system coulkd not handle an international phonenumber. So all in all we did just spend around 80 dollars on Ubers/taxis without getting any any rental car at all.
