Not even worth a 1-Star review Not even worth a 1-Star review. EVERY SINGLE purchase with CJ Pony parts has been an utter nightmare. Why even advertise parts on the website if they are on back order with no available ETA?? Last week CJ Pony demanded full payment (partial payment was made according to the amount that reflects when a part becomes available) for an order where all items were on back order, with a threat to cancel the order if not paid. Paid for the order only have it cancelled anyway because the back order parts have no available ETA. THE WORST communication system to ever exist. If Sierra Madre sold Mustang & Chevy parts I would buy from them in a heartbeat. For a lack of better words, CJ Pony Parts SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fraudulent advertisers Fraudulent advertisers. They send you an item nothing like what's pictured and then do nothing to help. They lie about being able to return products. They won't even talk to you.

I ordered $1100.00 worth of parts I ordered $1100.00 worth of parts, consisting of 2 "kits" that were supposed to contain all necessary hardware. 3 boxes arrived, all badly damaged. 2 were broken open and only had 1 part each... the packaging was massively insufficient for the weight of the parts and both parts within were damaged. No "kits" all mounting parts missing. I contacted their "customer service"... no phone agents available. No "chat box" reps available. I'm reduced to sending emails to try to get satisfaction. This company is far more interested in marketing than in satisfying customers with legitimate problems... Never again.... never again

We have been dealing with CJ Pony for… We have been dealing with CJ Pony for about 4 months ..The staff has worked with us during our recent illness with COVID we have been down for 2 months and Rebecca Taylor has worked with us on returning parts and getting our refund back to us. Can not thank her enough for her hard work on this and keeping in touch with us when we where not able to keep up Thanks so much for your help Roger Taylor

Poor parts and worse service I ordered a set of replacement door locks for a fox body mustang from CJ Pony parts. The only good thing I can say is they arrived on time. They were advertised as direct fit replacements, they weren't. They also, don't work well and require a lot of wiggling just to get the key in. I contacted the company and received no response, even sent them a video of the issue, no response.
