THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Purchased an amazing symphony kitchen which arrived on time... with NO worktops. We were on a tight timescale with the fitter. The worktops were going to be delivered the day after our fitter was leaving!! Unmeaningful apology received and with a shrug of the shoulders we were told that it wasnt their problem! When i asked what we were supposed to do he just shrugged his shoulders again... really helpful !!! A refund for the original costs was given to us but no offer of help with the more expensive worktops we had to purchase the morning the fitter arrived. It was not acceptable service and appalling attitude ... DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horid! I am a business owner that specializes in building Cummins Diesels. Two of my trucks were down due to both transmissions going out on me. I ordered two Firepunk Tow Master Transmissions for a total of $8,000. My order was placed on the 7th January of 2014. The issues began when the leadtime was communicated to be two to three weeks which was acceptable. I took both of my trucks to a friends place of business to store temporarily until the transmissions were ready and delivered. There were no updates or communication on my $8,000 order until I called Sinister. When I called it was communicated that the transmissions will be ready the next week (WEEK 4). Week 4 arrives, no communication on my transmissions. I called Sinister again and I did not get any response to WHY my transmissions were ready. So I called Firepunk directly. Firepunk gave me all the information I needed which was very bad news. Sinister did not pay them (After Four Weeks) for my orders and would not start the build until paid. I then called Sinister and asked for one of the owners of the company, I needed to wait for a call back. No Call Back. So I called again and I was transferred to one of the managers. At this point I was quite PISSED because I just spent $8000 with a company that does not have any customer service. The manager stated that we are working on the payment issue. Bottomline the DAY of my complaint Firepunk was payed. Once payed Sinister did not give me information whats so over on ETA on my builds. After many tries I gave up on Sinister and just worked with Firepunk on the ETA's etc. Once the builds were complete on my trannies Sinister did not call me to schedule the loads. Instead I coordinated with Firepunk. Once the Trannies arrived I coordinated with Firepunk to return my cores to get my $2,000 back. Still no communication from Firepunk. When the cores arrived to Firepunk and credit was issued I called Sinister to initiate my $2000 back. So in summary: Sinister FAILED in every aspect on a $8000 order and the personal at Sinister did not care whats so ever of the issues. After EIGHT weeks and after a loss of business I finally had my trucks up and running. If I ran my business like this I would be out of business. Customer Service 101 - Just remember when a customer is happy they will tell a few people of their satisfaction, but when they had a horrible experience they will tell everyone they can about it. Newly opened branch in Stirling.Great… Newly opened branch in Stirling.Great value ,great service.Although it was two small separate orders,the orders were professionally delt with by friendly staff ,and delivered without much problem under the present circumstances.Will definitely recommend and use you again

All about Money, not honest company All about money , found company not to be honest. Just make sales. Called in to find what I needed for egr dpf kit ,and what I needed to make work as programming what has been deleted. Told me /- for which I ordered online to save on taxes and freight per agent. Bought dpf egr delete & programmer bully ? After spending another 500.00 remove egr,dpf,exhaust system , I find out this was not legal removing emissions system. On top of that , agent wants me to send back programmer at my extra cost. Shipping plus restocking fee. My dodge is now not running. Thank you for your dishonestly
